CAC provides credit checks on new and existing accounts with the most comprehensive, current, and cross-referenced databases available. Most responses are given within a few hours via fax or email.

An unpaid subcontractor or supplier may be entitled to serve a claim on the payment bond of government projects (VA Hospitals, Post Offices, Naval Bases, projects owned by government entities, etc.). These deadlines are based on your line in the tier structure, so be sure to contact us to learn about your deadline.

CAC is able to perform title searches on properties within 36 hours in most cases, sometimes sooner, depending on the situation. We do a title search to produce the paperwork and also run a search before filing liens because changes in properties can change almost daily.

An unpaid subcontractor or supplier is entitled to serve a claim on funds, if available, and a claim on the payment bond on public projects (public schools, state colleges, city/state roads, libraries, water facilities, park districts, properties owned by a public entity, etc.).
